Grain-Free Granola

  • 1 cups of walnuts

  • 1 cup of cashews

  • ½ cup of almonds or pecans

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • ¾ melted honey

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup almonds

  • 1.5 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

  • Dash of salt


  1. Add walnuts, cashews, almonds (or pecans), coconut oil and honey to a food processor and pulse until still a little chunky. 

  2. Add the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, shredded coconut & salt. Mix well with a spoon. 

  3. Spread granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

  4. Bake for 1 hour at 275 degrees.
