My story
Hey there! Thanks for being here! My name is Sara and I am a 43 year old wife and mom to 4 kids ages 10, 12, 14, 16. They are super busy with sports and I coach 3 of them in basketball.
Life is crazy right now as I am sure many of you can relate to! I also am a certified Faster Way coach where I help women (and men) find confidence, energy, weight loss, disease prevention, strength, overall health, and more through this program/lifestyle which includes cutting edge fitness and nutrition strategies. I grew up in Indiana and went to IU (go Hoosiers). I’m a huge sports fan and love summer and fall in the Midwest. I am Catholic and my #1 priority is my faith and my family’s faith. Helping moms and their families get and stay healthy is my passion which is why I’m here! I would love to chat anytime, just send me a message!

The Real Sara
If you follow me on social media you know I am a super busy mom and I love being involved in my kids activities. They are ages 10,12,14, and 16. I have 3 boys and a girl and a mini golden doodle named Hank. My husband’s job moved us 4 years ago which was really tough, but luckily my job is mostly online! I take a flexible approach to the Faster Way, I don’t track macros every day (not a details person at all) and if I miss a day of exercising its NO BIG DEAL. I found this program around age 41 when I was feeling super frustrated with my fat gain.
So glad I gave it shot!!! It has been the only thing that has worked and I can stick with. I love all sports and our family loves to watch them together. I am very casual (prefer athleisure to dressing up) and drinking coffee while doing my devotions in the morning is my fav! I read as much as I can and often share my favorite books on social.
