Ginger Cranberry

Want to enjoy the day tomorrow and get a good night sleep? Try this as your drink of choice tonight . This year took me on a journey of cutting back on the and I can’t tell you how much better I feel when I am not drinking it nightly anymore.

Ginger Cranberry

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz ginger tumeric kombucha

  • 1/8 cup pure cranberry juice

  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary

  • Fresh cranberries, frozen

Muddle together ginger and half of the rosemary in the bottom of a glass. Add 1 oz kombucha. Fill another glass with ice. Strain mixture into glass. Add kombucha and cranberry juice. Top with cranberries and rosemary. Enjoy!!
