Protein Oatmeal

Try this oatmeal with some extra protein to keep you full!

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of oatmeal (mine was 1/3 cup)

  • Water for cooking

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Collagen peptides or protein powder

  • Toppings: peanut butter, banana, nuts, berries, etc.

Directions:

Put water & oatmeal in pot on the stovetop. Add cinnamon. Turn off when finished cooking (follow the directions on your oatmeal package). Add collagen or protein powder, stir to combine. Add your toppings! Enjoy!
