Pecan Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw pecans or pecan meal 

  • 3/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter 

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour 

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 

  • 2 tsp vanilla 

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp cinnamon 

  • 1T honey (optional)

  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut set aside in a small bowl for coating

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor except the coconut that is reserved for coating. Blend until it’s a dough like texture. Roll into balls, roll in reserved coconut and freeze for 30 min. Enjoy!
