Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • ½ cup dry oats

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup unflavored collagen powder (coconut flour would work, too)

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is my favorite)

Directions:

Mix all together.  Form into balls.  Freeze on plate or tray. Enjoy!
