Marinated Onions

They are so delicious and add serious flavor to any dish!! Use the leftover oil for salad dressing!

Marinated Onions
  1. Thinly slice 1/4 red onion

  2. Place in shallow bowl

  3. Completely cover onions with olive oil

  4. Add 1 Tbls red wine vinegar

  5. Add 1 Tbls dried oregano

  6. Mix

  7. Marinade on counter for 24 hours

  8. Enjoy!
