Homemade Chicken Bone Broth

  • 1 chicken carcass (can be from your own roasted chicken or a store bought rotisserie chicken

  • About 4 cups of water

  • 1 tbls apple cider vinegar

  • Optional: celeery, carrots, garlic & onions for more flavor

  1. Place chicken carcass, water and apple cider vinegar in a crockpot and place on low for 12-13 hours. 

  2. Strain the broth into a jar or container. Broth can also be frozen into a silicone muffin pan to use later in smaller batches.
