Crab Cakes
Eating healthy doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy delicious food!
Ingredients:
4 cans crab meat
2 T mayo
1 T Old Bay or BBQ seasoning
2 T cassava or other flour
1/2 cup almond flour
For the sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1 T capers
1 T diced bread & butter pickles
1 T lemon juice
1 t apple cider vinegar
1 T stone ground mustard
1 t paprika
1 t garlic powder
1 t hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the sauce and place in refrigerator. Mix all ingredients except almond flour for the crab cakes in a bowl. Heat oil in a skillet. Place almond flour on a plate. Use 1/3 measuring cup to scoop crab mixture and press together. Lightly dust in almond flour. Place in skillet. Cook each side about 4 min or until browned on the outside. Serve with sauce!
