Blueberry Mango Smoothie

The perfect treat for a hot day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz frozen banana

  • 1 oz frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/4 cup spinach or baby kale raw

  • 2 scoops vanilla paleo protein

  • 1/2 cup ice

Blend all ingredients for a delicious smoothie. I like my ninja one cup blender for the creamiest smoothie! Add frozen blueberries on top!
